In workflows that span multiple administrative domains, be it in multilateral federation scenarios or in (composite) AARC Blueprint Architecture [BPA2019] community and infrastructure proxies, multiple operators have a need to inform the end-user of specific information regarding use of services: acceptable use policies, privacy notices related to their use of the infrastructure, terms and conditions, and (depending on the data or services provided) subsidiary privacy statements regarding the use of data or service.
This guideline provide sectoral recommendations on aligning their presentation by proxies. Since different research infrastructures deal with data of varying sensitivity levels, the model shall allow for a scalable level of control and verifiability. It is applicable both to community and infrastructure proxy operators, as well as to service providers
